Q. I’m having problems checking out, how can I get help?
A. If you experience any problems with checking out, please contact us at contact@ibuyz.com and explain the nature of your problem.  Alternatively, you may contact a friendly iBuyz staff member by calling (502) 499-8051. 

Q: Will you ship internationally?
A: YES, we still ship abroad!   Our software system for check out allows for you to factor shipping internationally.  It makes it easy for us to handle customs paperwork, duty, shipping methods, etc.    Buyers are responsible for all fees (shipping, duty, brokerage) associated with their international order.  Please contact us before buying if you have any questions whatsoever.

Q: I’d like more details about the product, how can I get it?
A: Bear in mind, we do the very best we can to describe the items being sold. We try to be diligent in offering thorough descriptions, application information, and/or actual model numbers in our listings. Basically, we’re glad to help – but if it’s not in the listing, chances aren’t we don’t know the answer.

We are not always authorized dealers for the products we sell; therefore there is no possible way for us to be experts or intimately familiar with the vast array of products we sell.

Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?
A: We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Kentucky.   If you are shipping within the state of Kentucky or physically picking up in Kentucky, the appropriate charges (6% of sale price) will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.  We do not collect sales taxes on out-of-state transactions.

Q: I’d like to be provided with more detailed pictures of what you’re selling, can I get them?
A: Yes, we will work to provide additional images as requested.  We want you to feel good and know what you’re getting.  Please request additional pictures by contacting your friendly iBuyz representative at contact@ibuyz.com.  Be sure to be specific about certain areas, views or locations you want photographed.  Also, please provide your email address so that the images can be sent to you directly

Q: How do you ship the sold products?
A: We ship with UPS or the US Post Office. We also use LTL Freight for larger items that can be shipped in a large box, crate, or pallet. Product listings include a shipping calculator to factor shipping. Again, review the individual product listings which will outline the shipping process available and related costs.

Q: How quickly do you ship?
A: We strive to ship items very quickly; most items ship within 24-48 hours after the close the transaction date!

Please be aware that we observe most national holidays, and you may see a slight delay in shipping during holiday seasons.

Q: What kind of Payments do you take?
A:  We have a merchant account set-up through our local bank to accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.  We also accept Paypal.  Money orders are also an acceptable way to pay for products purchased. Please contact your friendly iBuyz representative at contact@ibuyz.com with any other payment related questions.

Q: Do you offer local pick-ups?
A: YES, you are invited to pick up your purchase by visiting our warehouse located in Louisville, KY. Local pickup items will be available Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (EST).  We ask that advance notice be given to schedule your pick-up.  All local pick-up items should be prepaid unless other arrangements have been made with your friendly iBuyz representative.

Q: Do you offer returns?
A: YES, in general we want happy customer’s and will accept returns under certain conditions. Please review our policy on each auction listing to understand specific rules and guidelines that will apply in the event an item needs to be returned.

Items must be returned with all original packaging and the item must be in the condition it was when we sent it out.  All returns must be processed within 14 calendar days of the sale.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form must be submitted for all items being returned. 

Q: I want to purchase multiple items do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, we offer combined shipping on purchased in a 7 day period. Our shipping calculator automatically factors combined shipping.  If you are having problems, please send us an email, and we will send you a revised invoice via out checking out software system.
